If someone was asked to name a letter that always equals a certain number, the reply would probably be either "I don't know" or "E=mc²". The E=mc² would not be a correct answer because the equation is a formula. "E" can equal different numbers, depending on "m" and "c". There are at least four correct answers: "e", "i", "π", "φ".
